The BROWN

The BROWN is a tribute to one of the fish that started it all. Salmo Trutta. The lake runs of upstate NY and the stream bound browns of the famed Au Sable river in Michigan. 

A 50/50 blend of Mexico Chiapas and Kenya AA coffee combines the best of two distinct coffee-growing regions, creating a cup that balances the rich, smooth characteristics of Mexican with the bright, vibrant flavors of Kenyan.
